Supports social media and marketing operations by managing social advertising & provides deep-dive analytics for LD clients

Status: Part-Time

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Location: Los Angeles, CA (California-based remote possible)

Major Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain paid media campaigns
  • Evaluate paid media campaigns for performance according to KPIs and conversions
  • Evaluate organic socials and audience insights to identify content and messaging to reach target audience
  • Provide recommendations on objectives, creative, targeting, and budgets based on findings
  • Create weekly reports covering overall growth, top findings, key engagements
  • Create monthly reports with audience demographics, messaging trends,  KPIs and coversions
  • Create quarterly reports covering the efficacy of targeting, implementation, and creative and provide a roadmap for the following quarter.


  • Must have at least 2 years social media experience & love spreadsheets
  • Understanding of paid media 
  • Ability to turn data into a story to be told
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Must be able to interact and work well with all levels of staff
  • Mac / Google Drive proficient
  • Posses a deep desire to learn and grow in this field
  • Must love dogs
