Alf LaMont
CEO/Chief Digital Strategist
Before co-founding LaMont Digital, Alf LaMont most recently worked as Social Media Director at TaskForce PR. He was Head of Digital Content at Adler Integrated and VP of Marketing and Development at The World Famous Comedy Store in Los Angeles. Alf’s work in social justice, politics, and art have received a great deal of attention. Recent projects, including Truth To Power, Manifest: Justice & #Watts50, have been featured on CBS, NBC, PBS, Univision, La Opinion, Televisa, The LA Times, Newsweek, Forbes, Rolling Stone, The Guardian, KPCC, Boing Boing, The Hill, & Politico. Alf lives in Sacramento with his much more brilliant wife, loves science, has a history podcast, plays the trombone (poorly), and loves his corgi, Watson.

Tonya LaMont
Chief Strategy Officer
Tonya LaMont founded LaMont Digital and led it until 2019, when she then served 6 years as Governor Newsom’s Digital Director and Communications Director. During that time, Tonya brought the state’s communications apparatus into the 21st century. She led the 16 person communications team through historic flooding, mass shootings, state budgets, a State of the State tour, and was a crisis communications and digital lead for the COVID-19 statewide response. Tonya’s career in digital began when she launched a Backstreet Boys newsletter on AOL at 12 years old and she never looked back. Her work has been featured in The Los Angeles Times, The Hollywood Reporter, and Rolling Stone.

Christian LaMont
Director of Social Media
Born in Mexico, raised in Colorado, at home in Los Angeles. Christian’s background in documentary and narrative film production includes co-directing the first-ever US Paralympic Team processing video, which led him to a digital and social media strategist career. This has paved the way for him to combine his passions of storytelling, community organizing, and advocacy to amplify and support underrepresented voices through digital media formats. His work has been recognized in PBS, LA Times, Newsweek, the Root, and even got a shout-out from filmmaker Ava DuVernay. You can usually find Christian introducing families to outdoor activities, representing his community as an elected official, volunteering as a poll worker, or marching for a cause he believes in.

Jen Tracy
Creative Director
Jen knows what it takes to transform a good design into a great design. At LaMont Digital she provides a bright, thoughtful approach to every project, leading the design team with careful direction. Before joining our team, Jen ran her own boutique creative agency, JENCO CREATIVE, for over a decade. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves great design, she has served big-name clients like the Got Milk? campaign and Mary J. Blige, as well as small businesses & startups. Outside of her day job, Jen is a Mentor with the I Have a Dream Foundation, a former editor at The Dieline Packaging blog and an advocate for women in business. When she’s not helping people and making the world look better, you can find her in a pink apron making ceramic treasures.

Director of Special Projects
Kate Cohee is a digital storytelling professional with a flair for strategic communications and digital strategy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and an Associate’s degree in Communications from Saddleback College, where she won 5 national speech and debate championships. Previously, she served as the Deputy Director of Digital for California Governor Gavin Newsom, where she honed her skills in stakeholder engagement, content creation, and communication for the 5th largest economy in the world. Outside the office, you can find her riding horses, running half marathons, diving into a good book, or waterskiing.

Alex Izaguirre
Senior Graphic Designer
Alex Izaguirre is a Venezuelan-born graphic artist based in Miami, Florida. His work can be seen at various organizations like Voto Latino, The California Endowment, Listos California, and Resilience Force. He recently collaborated with Target on designs for Hispanic Heritage Month and won a Shorty’s Award for design in the “Immigrants Are Essential” campaign. As a musician and designer, Alex has helped build the brand identity of many music acts in his city and volunteers his talents to help communities in need of digital design.

Rosa Linda Medina
Social Media Account Executive
Rosa Linda is an LA-based Latine multidisciplinary artist, director, comedy ghostwriter, and development executive with a passion for storytelling. A former child lounge singer turned brand strategist, they’ve spent years helping organizations and artists find their voice through writing, directing, equity-focused leadership and creative development.
Recognized for their innovative approach to online education programming, they have also earned awards and accolades for operational system design, writing, and copywriting contributions in marketing and entertainment.
When not crafting punchlines or social media campaigns, Rosa Linda mentors, emcees, produces, and advocates for community-focused causes. Fueled by social justice, mixtapes, conchas, and horror movies, they navigate life with a healthy balance of whimsy and the clumsy grace of a panda.

Kyra Nguyen is a Queer and Trans Vietnamese person whose identity largely shaped their journey into creative work, sitting at the intersection of both social media and activism. Born, raised, and living in Los Angeles, they have rooted their social media work in social justice and community building — maintaining the belief that social media is a needed and helpful tool for education, storytelling, and political messaging.
When they’re not at work, you can probably find them at a food distribution, eviction defense, or reading a book on international historical struggles.

Luis Ramirez
Social Media Manager
Luis Ramirez joined Lamont Digital in 2023 as a Social Media Manager. A Mexican-American immigrant from Queens, New York, Luis is an active public servant, artist, designer, and photographer with experience as a leader in the nonprofit sector and supporting state and local government roles. As a queer man and DACA recipient, Luis is passionate about supporting immigrant and LGBTQ justice. He enjoys using his graphic arts training to make a difference in the world, and producing content for our diverse client base to use across various social media platforms is a great way to create that impact. Luis believes that a well-told story at the right time can change the world.

Monty Ruderman
Director of Content
Born and raised in California, Monty has produced content at the highest levels of state government and Democratic campaigns. At LaMont Digital, she strategizes creative concepts, optimizes, and creates content for clients. Previously, she produced ads for Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign airing nationally and in battleground states. Monty also served as the first-ever ‘content creator’ in the California Governor’s Office, and supported the production of ads for Joe Biden’s 2020 and 2024 presidential campaigns. Colleagues have lovingly dubbed her a ‘jill of all trades’ – equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit bay, or quarterbacking productions for clients. She is driven by a belief that every frame matters when telling stories with impact.

Summer Watson
Graphic Designer
Based in Orange County, Summer is a graphic designer with a BA in English from Scripps College. She discovered a love for graphic design as managing editor for Rod & Custom, Street Rodder, Super Chevy and Popular Hot Rodding magazines. This led her to create her own design agency, Serendipitous Design, which focuses on print and digital design and branding and has served clients such as Money Mailer and PillowPets.
Summer’s belief in the power of being involved in community has led her to volunteer in local organizations that support children, vets and the arts. She sits on the board of MTAOC and has costumed and produced youth theater shows for casts of up to 140 students.

Andrea Yasko
Graphic Designer and Animator
Andrea Yasko is a Bay Area-based, half-Korean graphic designer with a BFA in graphic design from CalArts. Her love for animals and characters used in Korean and Japanese design led to her interest in mascots and character design or, as she calls them, "Cuties." Because of her admiration for Bauhaus professor, László Moholy-Nagy and filmmaker, Jan Svankmajer, she thrives on exploration with mixed media art forms, primarily collage with a love for combining live-action film and a range of animation styles, mainly stop motion.
Outside of design, she likes cheeto.
